Before Healthy Gal, Arkesha spent years in product marketing at Amazon and then Meta, learning how the biggest brands in the world build things people actually love and trust.

But it was on the Pilates reformer where the real idea took shape. As a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor teaching classes at Club Pilates in Culver City and Baldwin Hills, Arkesha kept noticing the same gap: wellness that looked beautiful rarely felt real, and wellness that felt real rarely looked beautiful.

Healthy Gal is her answer to that. A wellness lifestyle brand built from the studio floor up, for women who move, by a woman who moves too.
