Shipping policy

We ship Healthy Gal orders to addresses within the United States and Canada. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays) after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times
Total delivery typically takes 5–10 business days from the date your order is placed, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and the shipping method you select.

Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Delays & carrier issues
While we work hard to ship on time, carriers may experience occasional delays due to weather, volume, or circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected window, reach out and we’ll investigate for you.

Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll make it right.

International shipping
At this time, we ship only within the United States and Canada.
