Brand Events Marketing Assistant
Help bring Healthy Gal to life IRL, from pop-ups and mocktail bars to pilates collabs and brand activations around LA.
What you'll do
- Help plan, set up, run, and break down events, pop-ups, and sampling activations
- Prep event kits, goodie bags, signage, and product inventory
- Talk with guests, share the brand story, and grow our email and community lists on-site
- Coordinate with venues, studios, and partner brands
- Capture photo and video content at events for social
- Help pull event recaps together: attendance, leads, and what to improve next time
You might be a fit if you
- Love events, hospitality, or experiential marketing
- Are organized, outgoing, and calm when things move fast
- Can work weekends and some evenings, and can get around LA on your own
- Are into wellness, fitness, or lifestyle brands (a bonus, not required)
Creator Partnerships & Community Intern
Help grow the Healthy Gal Bestie community and build relationships with the creators who share our brand.
What you'll do
- Find and research wellness, fitness, and lifestyle creators who fit the brand
- Run creator outreach, product seeding, and follow-ups
- Keep our creator and partnership tracker organized and up to date
- Support the Healthy Gal Bestie program: onboarding, check-ins, and community engagement
- Collect and organize creator content and UGC for our channels
- Report on what's working: posts, reach, and engagement
You might be a fit if you
- Live on Instagram and TikTok and know the wellness creator space
- Write friendly, clear messages and love building relationships
- Are self-motivated and organized when working remotely
- Are a student or recent grad studying marketing, communications, or something similar (a bonus, not required)
Social Media & Events Intern
Create the content that shows what Healthy Gal looks like day to day, at events and online.
What you'll do
- Shoot and edit Reels, TikToks, and Stories, including behind-the-scenes and event content
- Help plan and schedule our content calendar
- Write captions in the Healthy Gal voice and engage with our community in comments and DMs
- Support events on-site and capture content as they happen
- Keep up with trends, sounds, and formats, and pitch new ideas
- Track post performance and share what's working
You might be a fit if you
- Are confident shooting and editing short-form video on your phone (CapCut, etc.)
- Have a good eye for aesthetics and a feel for the brand
- Can be in person in LA for shoots and events
- Have a portfolio or personal account that shows your content (a bonus, not required)
